AGM and Fixture Meeting Dates Announced!

The dates for the AGM and Fixture Meetings are as follows:-

 

AGM – Wednesday 7th September at 7-30 pm.

  Fixture Meeting -  Thursday 15th September at 7-00pm.

  Both meetings would be held at Abbeydale Park Sports Club.

 
Please note the above dates in your diaries. It is a requirement of the Association that you attend both of these meetings.
 
At the agm the committee will, once again, be seeking volunteers to join the committee and help run the association on behalf of all the clubs.
The committee meets once every 2 months to discuss any issues that may have arisen and, as we usually meet in the bar at either Abbeydale or Phoenix, are very sociable.

Saturday 8th Mens Doubles 10:00

Sunday 9th Ladies Doubles 10:00 and Mixed Doubles 14:30

 

Round Robin Format followed by Qtr Finals/Semi Finals and Final in all events
